Before You Order

If your brand shows multiple warranty types (e.g., In-Home, Commercial), choose the one that matches how you’ll use the product.
Don’t see your exact model in the parts list? Start with the brand’s general parts page above, then contact support with your model number and serial number for faster assistance.
After You Order
- Tracking & lead times — We’ll email tracking when it’s ready. Transit is typically 1–7 business days after shipment for most items. See details in our Shipping Policy.
- Freight (LTL) orders — Larger items ship curbside. The carrier will call to schedule delivery and a signature is required.
Delivery Day
- Be present for LTL deliveries and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL). If you see damage, write “DAMAGED, PLEASE REVIEW” before signing and take photos/videos.
- Curbside means curbside — drivers don’t bring items inside, assemble, or remove packaging. Plan for moving heavy boxes.
After Delivery
- Inspect within 2–3 business days: open boxes, verify all parts, and report any missing/damaged components promptly so we can send replacements.
- Damages or defects: send photos/videos and your order number to help@myfitnessoutlet.com — we’ll coordinate replacement parts with the manufacturer.
- Need to return? You have 30 days from delivery for eligible items; returns must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. See our Refund Policy.
- Refused deliveries (non-damage): you’re responsible for shipping costs to/from your location; refunds process after the product is received back.
